Playing with Pearls

I have been playing with pearls this week.
The old fashioned cold Winter we are having with more than its fair share of ice and snow has provided inspiration.

Pearls are timeless. But that doesn't mean they have to be worn in single strands with sweater sets pencil skirts.

They pair really well with rhinestones especially rhinestones  of the vintage variety.

The asymmetrical necklace in the photo above and the multi-strand bracelet in the photo at the bottom of the page both showcase old rhinestone earrings.

The single strand necklace uses antiqued brass beads to contrast with the gleaming pearls for a darkly romantic look.

Pearl earrings are a staple of every woman's wardrobe.

Swarovski crystals in blue and green give these earring designs a modern look appropriate for dress up or play time.

These pearl designs will be featured at our next show, the Spring Indie Garage Sale in Utica New York. It will be located in  historic Union Station April 5th and 6th from 11-6.

We hope to see you there.
